Please note effective September 1, 2024, our office will no longer be sending reminders to clients (or making telephone contact) with regard to pending cancellations of coverage for non-payment of premium. The only notification you will receive of the pending cancellation of coverage will be from the company (after failure to pay the original invoice due). Should coverage lapse, it is the client's responsibility to contact the agency and make reinstatement or rewrite arrangements, if the policy is eligible.
